Our Story
CID MATTERS was developed to simplify the way the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) of the Schools Division of Batanes manages reports, submissions, and instructional monitoring. What started as an effort to reduce paperwork has evolved into a centralized digital workspace that connects school heads, teacher-in-charge, and CID supervisors through one secure and organized platform.
The system was created in response to common challenges encountered in report management, including multiple versions of report templates, delayed submissions, manual consolidation of data, and the need for repeated follow-ups. By bringing these processes into a single platform, CID MATTERS promotes efficiency, consistency, and data-driven decision-making.

Meet the Developer
As an Education Program Supervisor, I have always believed that technology should make our work easier—not more complicated. Throughout the years, I observed how much time was spent preparing, submitting, validating, and consolidating reports. I saw opportunities where digital solutions could eliminate repetitive tasks and allow educators to focus more on instructional leadership and learner outcomes.
CID MATTERS was born from a simple goal: to make work more efficient, organized, and convenient for the Schools Division of Batanes. Every feature of this platform was designed based on actual needs encountered by school heads and CID personnel, with the hope that technology becomes a reliable partner in delivering quality education.
